Brooke has been with Meridian West since 2010 and claims to be the most fun part of our office. Her Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Mass Communications, as well as her background in technical and communications writing, provides a solid foundation to provide a full spectrum of proposal and marketing services. From design/build to Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contracts, Brooke has quite a chunk of experience evaluating solicitation requirements and preparing technical narratives, personnel resumes and project descriptions in full compliance with evaluation criteria.

With Eric Church providing the soundtrack to her organizational skills, Brooke strums away coordinating with government agencies and clients alike to amass hearty content to satisfy ever-changing deadlines. Gathering, formatting, writing, organizing and the like color her days which she layers with tales from worldwide adventures from backpacking through Europe or gallivanting through Thailand. All of this blends swimmingly with her proficiency in graphic-design programs and multimedia tools to exhibit a final masterpiece, that is, proposal.

Most people call Brooke an old soul. She can often be found sporting her favorite cardigan, drinking endless amounts of tea and reading from an old paper-back book. When she decides to act her real age, Brooke is most often in the mountains, skiing, hiking, fishing or swimming in any lake she finds during her adventures. While this may sound perfectly innocent, Brooke has been front and center in debauchery and is game for any level of raucous behavior all in the name of good old fashioned fun.

On the professional side, it’s true that Brooke’s communication skills have been applauded for creating a link between clients and government agencies, as well as building strong relationships with contractors, teaming members and subcontractors. Thorough does not EVEN scratch the surface to describe her sharp investigative nature or her actionable demeanor. Translation: she may keep heavy back-up for future reference—nothing is getting past this girl!   There is no doubt that each client she works with will have their expectations met through her skillful competence. Watch out for this one…she’s witty, charming and plainspoken and may just tell you what her internal Brooke voice is whispering!
